Top Select Team Performances in Fall 2005 Season

Congratulations go out to these EGSC select teams for their fine performances in the Fall 2005 outdoor season.

Boys

Angel Rivillo's U11 Academy finished in 3rd place in MYRSL A-Blue league with a 4-2-2 record.
Digi Takawira's U12 Academy finished undefeated with a 2-0-4 record in Premier outscoring their opponents 15-10.
Jamie Schmelzer's U13 Academy finished with a 2-2-2 record in Premier, outscoring their opponents 10-7, good for 4th place. They also brought home 1st place at the Mequon Dhaliwal Tournament, and 2nd place at Libertyville. They are highly ranked in the state.
Robin Dorschner's U14 Academy also finished 2-2-2 in their Premier league, in 4th place.

Girls

Steve Bernal's U12 Academy finished in 4th place in their 1st Division league, with a 3-2-2 record. They won championships at both the Dynamo Round Robin and Flatgrass Showdown, and are ranked #1 in Wisconsin (per GOTsoccer.com).
Sam Sucevic's U13 Academy finished in 2nd place in 1st Division with a fine 6-2-1 record and 20-10 scoring margin over their opponents. They are also highly ranked in Wisconsin.
David Henning's U13 Select finished in a three-way tie for 1st place in their SECL A league with a 7-1-0 record and a huge 46-7 scoring margin over their opponents.
Danny Madrigal's U14 Academy finished in 3rd place in the tough Premier league with a 3-1-3 record. This team also won the 1st Division championship in their Midwest Regional League. They are highly ranked in Wisconsin, Midwest Region II and Nationally.
The U14 Select, coached by Madrigal and Takawira, finished in 3rd place in 1st Division with a 5-2-1 record battling through a season filled with numerous injuries. The team also won the Augustfest Tournament and took 2nd at the Flatgrass Showdown.
Dennis Fedeski's U15 Thunder Select finished with a 4-2-2 record in their SECL A league, good for 5th place.
Lee Roger's U17 Extreme finished with a fine 5-1-0 record and 2nd place finish in Premier, outscoring opponents 27-7.
Liz Lubner's U17 Eclipse also finished in 2nd place in their 1st Division league with a 5-1-0 record and 15-9 scoring advantage over opponents. The girls also took 1st at the Waukesha Augustfest Tournament, and 2nd at Libertyville and the Reddan Toe Bash. They are highly ranked in Wisconsin.
Thom Blackmore's U18 Explosion took 3rd place in their Premier league with a 5-1-2 record. They took 1st place at Libertyville, and are highly ranked in Wisconsin.
