The U13 boys Academy team was a finalist at the 2005 Libertyville Octoberfest Tournament, played on October 8th and 9th, in Libertyville, Illinois.
The boys were undefeated until the championship game against the Madison 56ers, which resulted in a heartbreaking 2-1 loss. Peter Horner had an amazing performance in the semifinal game putting in the 3 goals for a 3-1 win.
