The girls went undefeated in the tournament, defeating the Fondy Vipers 4-1, the Appleton Sparks 5-0, and the Tosa Kicks 5-2 in pool play to advance into the championship game.
In the final, a fiercely contested battle with a large and vocal contingent of parents and fans, they emerged with a tight 1-0 victory over Racine Red.
