The U12 Academy girls fininshed second in the recent Augustfest Tournament, played August 27-29, 2004 in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The girls went 2-0-1 in their three pool games, defeating the SC Waukesha Stingers 3-0, and the SC Waukesha Warriors 2-0, and gaining a 1-1 tie with Brookfield White. The girls came up just a tad short in the championship, dropping a narrow 2-1 decision to the New Berlin Fusion.
Team members include Shannon Alex, Katie Cashin, Alex Dannehl, Kasey Gusho, Kelsey Gusho, Caroline Henricks, Whitney Kent, Caroline Kreul, Karly Lentz, Jenn Le Roy, Stacy Lewandowski, Andi Perdzock, Analeise Schwiesow, Erin Sullivan, Katie Tolan, and Evie Werking. The team is coached by Sam Sucevic.
